...and thank you, God, for my dishwasher...

Yes, I actually thanked God for my dishwasher the other night. You see, we just moved into a new house a couple of weeks ago and our new house has...a dishwasher. Believe it or not, it's a first for this family of five. When we moved in I thought, "I won't use it that much. Probably only when company comes over. I'm so used to washing everything by hand." Fast forward two weeks and I've already used it five times. Granted, three of those times have been washing dishes that had been packed up and needed to be washed. We try to stay globally minded, remembering that most of the world lives in third world conditions and try not to use any extra resources than we have to but, wow! Are these things nice. Especially, for this very tired, pregnant, mother of three. So, I'm saying it again. Thank you God for this wonderful invention of the dishwasher. :)

Running the race,

You conserve water by using the dishwasher! You use much less water than you do washing dishes by hand in the sink! I just read that somewhere...
SO feel less guilty and more happy.

II was going to say the same thing as Marie. It is much more efficient to use your dishwasher (as long as it's full) than to hand wash a sink of dishes.

Here's me using my dishwasher guilt free!
